Hello, and welcome to my enchanted forest!

My name is Alexis, and I’m a lover of books, traveling, good food, and cozy cuddles with my cat. Reading and writing have always been a part of my life—I’ve been doing both for as long as I can remember. Honestly, I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to start a book blog! When I think about it, having a space to yap about the books I read is exactly what I’ve been missing.

As for what I enjoy reading, fantasy romance has my heart. Give me all the faeries, dragons, wyverns, phoenixes, griffins, unicorns, mermaids, shapeshifters, elves, vampires, werewolves, centaurs, nymphs—every magical, mythical, and otherworldly creature you can imagine. If it’s enchanted, I’m hooked and ready to immerse myself in the world.

That said, even though I’m a fantasy romance girly at heart, I do dabble in other genres. Last year, I got into thrillers and suspense novels, and occasionally, I’ll pick up a contemporary fiction book. Honestly, I’ll read anything as long as it’s good—so please, send me your recommendations!
