    Welcome to the Enchanted Forest!

Hello, and welcome to my enchanted forest! My name is Alexis, and I’m a lover of books, traveling, good food, and cozy cuddles with my cat. Reading and writing have always been a part of my life—I’ve been doing both for as long as I can remember. Honestly, I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to start a book blog! When I think about it, having a space to yap about the books I read is exactly what I’ve been missing. As for what I enjoy reading, fantasy romance has my heart. Give me all the faeries, dragons, wyverns, phoenixes, griffins, unicorns, mermaids, shapeshifters, elves, vampires, werewolves, centaurs, nymphs—every…

Despite cutting it so close, I feel confident I can hit 30 books this year. Why? Audiobooks. I discovered them late…

Buying more books of course. One caveat is that this list includes all the unread books as of January 1, 2025, but since then, I have read two of the books. Check out my 2025 physical TBR below! 1. Fourth Wing & Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros If you read fantasy…
